WHISPERS

 

With every turn in the trail,

bend in the river, rustle of leaves,

and cascade of a waterfall,

 

I hear a Whisper...​​​​

"Stay with me.. and come back..

to who you are."

I step off the trail,  and plunge into a crisp river 

My mind dissolves into Stillness.

I step out imprinted, restored by Wilderness.​
