PCD HAPPENS EVERY OTHER WEEK! LISA is apart of an amazing group of Conscious Dance DJs. This is a two hour Ecstatic Dance music practice that follows 5RHYTHMS(R) and JourneyDance(tm) flows. Be part of a free and contact improve dance experience. This is known as a DANCE PRACTICE that transports you into ENERGETIC HEALING and HARMONY. Some call it a Spiritual Practice.
