CONNECT WITH YOUR POWERFUL INTUITION - FUELED BY NATURE! FUN OUTING and WRITING WORKSHOP for the creative writer inside you inspired by the outdoor life.This is an Easy to Moderate outing, often along one of our National Forest rivers or mountain brook trails to a summit, lake or waterfall, where we will stop along the way for inspiring views and creative writing prompts.  

IMPROVISATIONAL & PROMPTED WRITING will be offered as we take time with the group and sent off to your own quiet place to connect with Nature. Warm tea and a healthy bite to enjoy together.  

Folks will share favorite writings from the day and circle for Yoga and QiGong stretches and a mountain meditation . No Prior writing experience needed.
