AQUA-CHI is a POPULAR, SPECIALIZED WATER FITNESS CLASS Lisa perfected over the years merging traditional Water Aerobic intervals with Meditative Movement, including Yoga stretches, energy work basics and fun dance work.

EASILY PRACTICE on your own thru the week anywhere using memorable movements: walk, ski, kayak and more. Lisa uses a FUN MUSIC PLAYLIST or just the sounds of a spa and water sounds to keep folks moving and unlocking tension.
WATER FITNESS naturally increases blood flow, BEGINS TO BALANCE hormone and auto-immune function. As a result the central nervous system calms. Heated water in hot tubs and therapy pools allow the muscles to warm and move easier. Water jets create water resisitance & strength..
