ENJOY this SPECIALIZED 1 hour Water​ Workout with a INTERVALS of Water Aerobics, Yoga, QiGong, Massage and Meditative Movement. Some select exercises can easily be remembered to do your own thru the week: Water Walk, Run, Ski and Kayak. An eclectic blend of music and sounds from the spa will keep us moving and unlocking all tensions!
Leave ready for the DAY, on the Slopes, the Trails or to just to Unwind!
